Financial Sustainability
We are rooted deeply in our community, and believe that community services should be integrated together and easy for community members to access. So we seek to reduce financial and logistical barriers for nonprofits to get their vital services to the community.
Our Social Enterprise services allow us to bring in sustainable revenue, subsidizing the costs for affordable and collaborative spaces for nonprofits to come together and amplify their impact.
We will offer revenue-driving services that also meet needs in the community, such as an event center, a co-working space, and a preschool. Income from these services will allow us to operate sustainably in the long-term, and not rely solely on donations.
We envision a future where our model can be replicated in other communities—helping them come together, share resources, and create spaces of hope, opportunity, and connection.
